Hornsby Connect Inc is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation in Hornsby, NSW, committed to supporting individuals and families facing financial hardship. Guided by a “hand up, not a handout” ethos, it offers low-cost food hampers, a welcoming café-style drop-in centre, and access to tailored support services that promote dignity, connection, and empowerment.
A key feature is the Hornsby Connect Zone— community-driven initiative designed to support neurodivergent teenagers in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai Shires. The Connect Zone is a “youth club” for neurodivergent teens who have struggled to make and keep friends.
