DEBRA Australia Ltd (trading as DEBRA Australia) is a national dedicated not for profit organisation, supporting families living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) via our various programs.
DEBRA Australia Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming Board Director position, who will be officially elected at our AGM on the 30 November if successful. The Position Description can be emailed to anyone who is interested in submitting an expression of interest.
Preferred Location: To balance our current geographic board representation, we would prefer candidates residing in Queensland, New South Wales, or South Australia.
Key skills and experience sought
- Experience serving on a not-for-profit, charitable or purpose-led board.
- Expertise in fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, governance, grant-making, the charitable sector or a related field.
- An understanding of director duties, governance and oversight responsibilities.
- The ability to contribute to strategy, reputation, organisational growth and long-term sustainability.
- Strong networks and an interest in supporting DEBRA Australia Ltd's mission and future development.
