Audrey is looking for someone to share her love of books and detective stories

We are seeking a friendly volunteer to visit Audrey and enrichen her life. Audrey loves reading all sorts of books and discussing them. She loves watching detective stories (usually British) and enjoys programs like Four Corners and Australian Story. Originally born in India, Audrey has lived in the UK, Jordan and finally Australia.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) supports isolated and lonely people who are receiving aged care services in an aged care home or through a home care package.

The program encourages volunteers to provide friendship and companionship to older people on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
