We are seeking a reliable and caring volunteer to help us collect and deliver food and supplies to support those in need. You’ll play a vital role in our program by collecting donations from local businesses and delivering them to our hub. Your efforts will ensure that meals and essential supplies reach those who need them most. This is more than just driving—it’s about creating meaningful connections within the community and ensuring essential goods reach those who need them most.

Volunteer gardeners are needed to assist socially isolated, frail or disabled people with garden maintenance duties. Tools and support provided, some training available. Large vehicle such as Ute, Van, 4WD or Station Wagon suited to carrying a lawn mower and other garden tools.

Christ Church Mission Community Garden needs you! Our volunteers grow a variety of vegetables and herbs for our weekly Open House Community Dinner, as well as plants for our monthly plant sale. Helping in the garden provides a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and meet local people from a variety of different backgrounds and ages.
Story Dogs Vic
You and your dog can help children find the magic in becoming lifelong readers. The Coordinator will commence as a dog reading team volunteer and after two school terms receive training to take on the Coordinator position. The Coordinator will recruit, train, support, manage and give recognition to volunteers within the region. The position will also raise awareness of the Story Dogs brand and services. This is a non paid, volunteer role. This role requires you to have a suitable dog.
