At Anglicare’s our team in Liverpool, support individuals and families within our local community, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable and community-minded volunteer to become part of our team.
This is a great opportunity to use the skills and experience you already have, meet new people and make a genuine contribution to your community.
👋 What will your day look like?
You’ll be part of our front-line team, helping create a welcoming experience for people accessing our services while providing valuable administrative support.
You will be:
- Welcoming clients and helping them feel comfortable when they arrive
- Answering phones and directing enquiries
- Providing basic information about our services
- Assisting with data entry and general administration
- Working alongside staff and other volunteers in a friendly, supportive environment

We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy talking with and helping people
- Are patient, friendly and non-judgemental
- Have basic computer and administration skills
- Are organised and reliable
- Feel comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds
- Can bring empathy, respect and a positive attitude to the role
- Understand or speak Arabic (not Neccessary)
Previous administration or customer service experience is helpful, but your willingness to learn and support others is just as important.
