Women's Well-Being and Activity Program Facilitator

As the Women’s Well-being and Activity Program Facilitator you will be contributing to the health and well-being of women by leading an inclusive and fun group exercise program. The focus of the program is on building participants’ balance, strength and mobility.
Your role is responsible for creating a safe welcoming environment for women, mostly aged over 50 years, to enjoy and participate in physical activity. You will plan sessions that incorporate activities and games that can be adapted for different fitness and ability levels. Your qualifications and experience in leading group fitness sessions will be necessary to support and encourage all participants.
In addition to physical exercise, you will be creating an inclusive environment for women to build social connections to support their emotional well-being.
Your good communication and people skills, patience and sense of fun
will be helpful to succeed in this role. You will bring your flexibility, experience working with people from diverse cultural and language backgrounds and supportive nature to the role. We also expect you to be reliable and demonstrate a professional attitude as a representative of NRCH.
This role will appeal to you particularly if you enjoy talking with others, being well organised and adaptable as required, and delivering a program to promote health and well-being.
You will be working in a supportive and inclusive team at the NRCH Community Hub.
