Quality of Life (QoL) and Quality of Care (QoC) surveys

Welcome to the volunteer program at Dhelkaya Health. Our volunteers provide invaluable support to staff and enhance the quality of life of our patients, residents and community members.
Dhelkaya Health delivers a diverse range of inpatient, outpatient, aged care, community health and outreach services to Mount Alexander Shire. It also delivers assessment, rehabilitation and allied health services to neighbouring shires.
These surveys provide valuable feedback about our residents’ experiences, wellbeing and quality of care, helping us to continually improve the services and support we provide.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a volunteer who enjoys connecting with older people, listening to their experiences and making a meaningful contribution to resident-centred care.
