    Silverchain provides palliative care service to support clients, their carers and families. Our volunteers contribute by providing extra support, spending time with the person who is unwell with companionship, conversations, playing cards or a board game or even popping out to pick up a small list of groceries. Some people may like help to write letters and document memories. Respite support is also offered to the carer, for the chance to take a break and catch up on looking after themselves.
