This role is predominantly answering phones and welcoming clients/guests and filtering to the experienced employee/s for their attention. This role is a rewarding hands on role, where you meet people from all walks of life.
Sherwood Neighbourhood Centre (SNC) is seeking a Retail Shop Assistant for our Thrift Shop. The role includes serving members of the public, cash handling and sorting and displaying/hanging clothing and other bric brac. Shifts are available 9am -12pm, Monday to Friday - 3 hours per day usually once a week
Our organisation runs a small Thrift Shop that raises funds to help our clients in our Crisis Housing Service. The clients have supported housing services through our organisation and when relocating these costs can be overwhelming to them, so that is why this fundraising can help them.
