Share the last few days of a person’s life as you sit vigil with them, helping them avoid facing death alone. You will provide vital companionship, comfort and support. It may be reading, playing music, talking or remaining silent as they hold your hand. You will need to be a kind, compassionate, resilient and a patient person. Choose your hours to volunteer over a 24/7 period for 3 hour shifts.
