This is a General Board Member opportunity to support the vision, values and objectives of Little Things for Tiny Tots. As an organisation, we give babies a better start at life by supplying essential items to families in need. In this role - through board meetings attendance and and working on additional projects with staff and volunteers - you will support the overall direction, effectiveness and impact of Little Things for Tiny Tots.
We are currently seeking a volunteer Company Secretary who will work closely with our Chair and General Manager, to assist in the delivery of compliant operations of our Board and its committees.
We are a registered charity that provides equine-assisted mental health healing for serving & ex-serving defence personnel + first responders who have post-traumatic stress from serving our nation or our community. - Board meetings (agenda/minutes/scheduling) - ASIC matters - ACNC matters - Governance risk & compliance - Insurance We are looking for a trusted member of the team who can run our board governance.
