Can you play the piano or love to sing? If so, we invite you to spread the joy of music to our residents. Music can evoke emotions and memories, promoting a sense of well-being. By playing music at our aged care home in Wembley, you can play a valuable role in enhancing the lives of MercyCare residents. Your commitment of just a minimum of 2 hours per week can significantly impact our clients through sharing your love of music.
The Social Media and Digital content co-ordinators to day tasks will focus on content creation and delivery across our social media and digital channels (including our website, TikTok, FaceBook, Instagram and LinkedIn). In particular supporting with video and static content creation for our diverse products and fundraising campaigns (for example BarbeCURE, DiningforaCURE, Cancer Type Appeals, In Celebration).
The Marketing Community and Talent Volunteer’s day to day tasks will focus on research and outreach of community groups, influencers and ambassadors that Cure Cancer can align with to amplify their key campaigns (like BarbeCURE, Appeals and Fitness campaigns) in the media and across social media and networks.
Princess for a Day is an amazing free personalised pampering service for ladies going through physical, emotional, mental and/or financial hardship. We provide a variety of beauty and relaxation therapies including hand and nail treatments, facials, massages, professional haircuts and make up. The services includes morning tea, an educational presentation on life skills, a clothing rack and gift bags.
Can you offer friendship and companionship to isolated seniors in the Kelmscott area? You will make a difference, building a valuable social connection and improved well-being with regular social visits. These visits can be once a week for a minimum of 2 hours. Join our team of compassionate volunteers providing social support to seniors from diverse backgrounds.

Volunteers are needed on Sunday 30 June to help with a charity walk that raises funds and awareness of pancreatic cancer. We are looking for motivated volunteers to help in a variety of roles; walk marshals, selling merchandise or registering walkers from 8.00 am - 12.00 pm (at the latest)
