We are seeking a compassionate volunteer for a program being held from mid January to June 2024. In this role, you will be assisting with the DIGITAL SISTERS program. You will be assisting our bi-lingual digital literacy mentors to assist refugee and migrant women in our community to use electronic devices such as iPads, phones, laptops, and smartwatches. Your primary responsibility will be to assist women one on one with their chosen device and learning task.
Community Nursery Assistants support the propagation of local provenance native plants for re-vegetation of the local environment within the City of Greater Geraldton. Many and varied tasks are available, depending on the time of season. Duties include seed collecting, seed sorting, decontaminating benches / pots, pricking plants and propagation.
