Volunteers are required for transporting of Young People and Children in care. Transporting will include from the Blair Athol DCP office to other Family contact locations, eg schools and libraries. Transporting of the children is with use of government vehicles.
Cinemallunga is a non for profit organisation providing Community Cinema events, show casing feature films, with the emphasis on fun & frivolity. Audience participation is highly encouraged. The shows take place every two months & moviegoers are encouraged to dress up, and get into the spirit of the “shenanigans” that go along with the movie’s theme. From stacking chairs to exotic dancing!! There is something for everyone.
Do you have 1-2 hours a week spare during school hours to help a young person in a primary school who is at risk of disengaging in education. This opportunity is for people who can commit at least until the end of the school year and not for people looking for full time employment.
