Volunteer Ushers are responsible the safety of patrons and provide assistance with the running of the cinema such as front of house and the greeting and seating of patrons.
Mentors are required to support new and emerging artists selected to hold an exhibition at one of the Tablelands Galleries. Mentoring in planning, preparing, promoting and holding an exhibition may be undertaken face to face or online. This is an opportunity for experienced artists to share their knowledge and experience and continue to support the arts community and artists' professional development.
The Stationmaster's Gallery, situated next to the Information Centre in Strathalbyn, is a Community gallery showcasing quality artwork, jewellery, silks, woodwork, fabric art, sculptures, cards and much more. The Sound Mentoring Program provides music mentorship to at-risk young people, helping them to achieve their potential as artists and human beings. Come and join us as mentor! We will provide you with training in mentorship and team you up with a mentee based on your existing skillset. Music mentoring is hugely fulfilling journey that can transform not just your life, but the life of a young person in need of confidence, positive role models and an outlet for their creativity.
