Interchange is a program within UMFC’s Carer Aged and Disability Service and provides support to children and young people with disability and their families/carers. Interchange is supported by volunteers to create social and recreational opportunities through group and individual activities. Group experiences include After School Activities, School Holiday Activities, Family Camps and other activities as planned.
