Rosewood Care Group specialises in individualised residential living, respite arrangements, dementia and palliative care. Our Volunteer program here at Rosewood aims to reduce the risk of residents experiencing isolation and loneliness by matching like-minded volunteers with individuals to form connections and create friendships.
