The Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre (T1DFC) is a unique, purpose-built community hub dedicated to supporting children, young people and families living with type 1 diabetes across Western Australia.
Through education, peer support and connection, we empower people living with type 1 diabetes to thrive. Our programs and services include family camps, Kids in the Kitchen, youth activities, education sessions, peer support programs and community events that foster confidence, resilience and a sense of belonging.
At T1DFC, we believe that no one should face type 1 diabetes alone. By bringing families together and providing practical support, we help create a stronger, more connected community where people living with type 1 diabetes can live healthy and fulfilling lives.
