Disability Revive Charity Foundation

Disability Revive Charity Foundation (DRCF) is a non-profit organisation and registered NDIS provider committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities through personalised support programs, activities and community-based services. Our Support Coordination services help NDIS participants and their families understand, implement and make the most of their NDIS plans. We work alongside participants to connect them with appropriate supports and services, build their capacity, and work towards their individual goals. Through a range of support programs and community activities, DRCF provides opportunities for personal growth, social connection, inclusion and community participation. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to develop their strengths, build meaningful connections and participate more fully in their communities. Our approach is participant-centred and collaborative, recognising each person's individual strengths, needs, preferences and goals.
