THERE IS A FLIP SIDE TO CANCER Canteen is the only organisation in Australia dedicated to providing free, tailored support for young people impacted by cancer for over 40 years. Young people face unique challenges when cancer enters their lives. Whether they are dealing with their own diagnosis, a close family member’s cancer or the death of a loved one, Canteen offers specialist services including counselling, peer support and practical resources, to ensure they never face these challenges alone. We also support parents, because when families are supported through cancer, young people cope much better too.
