Mingary Care is a not-for-profit charity delivering free, short-term crisis palliative care and end-of-life services and supports for people on the Sunshine Coast. Our model of care includes compassionate support for the individual as well as their carer(s), partner, family, and friends. We fill gaps in services and supports based on a referral system.

Mingary Care operates four Op Shops around the Sunshine Coast, located at Tewantin, Montville, Maroochydore and Bli Bli. We will be opening another shop at Warana in August/September 2022. All shops are staffed by dedicated volunteers.

We receive many and varied donations on a daily basis so you never know what you will be selling next. The Warana shop will be operating 7 days per week, depending on volunteer availability.

You will receive on the job training in this fun filled, supportive workplace. Details of this volunteer position include;

• Full or half day shifts available
• Full day shifts are 9.00am to 4.00pm
• Half day shifts are either 9.00am -12.30pm or 12.30pm to 4.00pm
