Volunteers provide support to vulnerable community members accessing Emergency Relief by conducting face to face interviews with consumers who are presenting for assistance, and help facilitate access to material goods and vouchers, and referrals to other programs and agencies.
Are you a people-person, passionate about helping the community? Do you thrive working within a supportive team environment? Assist those in need by providing essential goods and services.
Do you love that wonderful age when kids wriggle and skip when they're happy? When they stare at you with huge wondrous eyes and a grin full of teeny-tiny teeth? Do you have patience when it comes to arts and crafts, scissors and glue sticks, and don't mind singing or role play? Our Joeys (aged 5-8 yrs) need Assistant Joey Leaders, this could be your perfect volunteer role!
