    The Capel Regional Equestrian Park has been successful in securing funding from CSRFF and the Shire of Capel to build a new multi-sports pavilion. We now need to source additional funding to finalise the project. The role will be to oversee the building of the new premises and manage the distribution of the sponsorship package to businesses within the region, and then follow up the prospective sponsors. A spreadsheet of all businesses approached will need to be maintained.

    We are seeking volunteers who enjoy the company of seniors, have a happy disposition, possess a current Light Rigid licence and are confident in driving an 18-seater bus. Staff will accompany the residents on outings. To enable consistency for our residents, this role is suited for volunteers who can commit 2.5 hours on a regular basis (ideally weekly, but fortnightly possible) on Thursday mornings.

Training is provided for all new Volunteers. This is an incredible experience and you will love the satisfaction of keeping your community safe.

    Bunbury Volunteer Bushfire Brigade

    Our Cadet Program runs from April to October each year. It is open to kids between the age of 12 - 16. Cadets are trained in various facets of Firefighting and other skills. Teamwork and Communication are a big part of this program and we have had many of our Cadets stay on after turning 16 to become Active Volunteer Firefighters. Cadets may also have the opportunity to go on Camps run by the Brigade, DFES also give Cadets opportunities to go on camps.
