This is one of the most rewarding volunteer leadership roles in the unit, with the opportunity to influence the skills, confidence and operational capability of every volunteer. Your role is to coordinate, connect people and ensure our volunteers have the right training opportunities at the right time.

• Develop leadership, teamwork, self-discipline, and emergency skills
• Training on Wednesday nights fortnightly from April to October

• Follow SunSmart recommendations and show sensitivity to cancer patients
• Join Cancer Council WA team in supporting cancer patients

• Wear mascot costume, interact with children and families at events
• Assist with event setup, BBQ, general support; passion for marine life

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings and grounds
• Support outdoor tasks like lawn-care, gardening, and minor repairs
