Aged Care Volunteer at Sydney MCS provides FREE social support to Senior community in Sydney. We seek an English speaking volunteer to provide face-to-face visit and teach her technology, (Russian languages' background) at her home in Mortdale NSW, and the India language's background in Beverly Hills. Your help will significantly reduce a client's isolation and increase his/her quality of life.
Elderly people living in their own homes in Arncliffe/Rockdale area would like a volunteer to visit the for around an hour on a weekly or fortnightly basis either chatting over a cuppa, playing board games, reading magazine or books, or going for a walk to a local cafe or park. Volunteering under the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme you will make a difference in the life of an older person by helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation improve their overall wellbeing.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for compassionate individuals to join our Aged Care Companionship Program as volunteers. As we strive to enhance the quality of life for our elderly residents, we are seeking dedicated volunteers to provide companionship and support.
Aged Care volunteers visit the eligible seniors/aged care residents at aged care facility/home to provide friendship and social supports. Sydney MCS seek Croatian-speaking (to visit individual home in Stanmore and Pagewood, also a facility in Revesby). We wait for almost 5 years and we haven't got any of volunteers comply mandatory three doses of COVID-19 vaccinations. We also seek Greek languages visitors volunteers to support isolated residents at the facility in Daceyville/Maroubra /Croydon.

We seek Mandarin speaking volunteers to visit a lonely gentleman at his home in Dulwich Hill, or to teach Mandarin in Sylvania, or visit other places (nursing home or aged care facilities). We are highly valued our wonderful volunteers.
