Whilst each role has specified duties, the majority of tasks are common to both and volunteers are required to perform both. Common duties and objectives - provide current and up to date information on whale/marine ecology and conservation as requested by visitors, conduct opening/closing procedures, assist visitor enquiries, raise awareness of protection, conservation of whale/marine species.
