As part of the process of amplifying young people voice, we record what they say about our program in a feedback form and then use their ideas to improve our programs. Typing up these feedback forms into an excel spreadsheet is the job that is required.

The purpose of the Volunteer Coordinator role is to understand, meet and support the health and well-being needs of the Rafiki Mwema volunteer community through advocacy, inclusion, access and recognition.
