Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

Mock interviews is an opportunity for Primary and Secondary school students to connect with working adult volunteers, helping students to practice and build interview techniques which are crucial to securing employment. We are seeking a compassionate volunteer for a 5-week program. In this role, you will be assisting with the KNOW YOUR GIZMO program. Year 10 students from Wodonga Senior Secondary College will assist senior citizens in our community to use electronic devices such as iPads, mobile phones, laptops, and smartwatches. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication and ensure the needs of the senior citizens and students are met during these interactions.
