As a Host in the Mission to Seafarers' Flying Angel Club, your invaluable assistance will help and support the dedicated team of staff and volunteers provide comfort, a friendly face and a sense of community to the thousands of seafarers who visit the Port of Melbourne annually.

Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

She would enjoy meeting a friendly visitor to speak Greek with and taking a short walk around the grounds of her care home. You'll help provide companionship as well as maintain their healthy wellbeing as part of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme.
