Mock interviews is an opportunity for Secondary school students to connect with working adult volunteers, helping students to practice and build interview techniques which are crucial to securing employment.

When a natural disaster strikes - a storm, cyclone, earthquake, flood or tsunami DFES State Emergency Service (SES) volunteers can be found helping.
Volunteer Marine Rescue members serve their respective communities on a voluntary basis by undertaking both operational and non-operational roles. VMRS groups work in close liaison with the Western Australia Police, coordinating and performing a range of marine rescue activities for the WA community. Volunteers are trained and equipped to carry out a range of activities such as: Undertaking the role of Skipper or Crew on a dedicated marine rescue vessel. Operating local marine radio services
As an SES volunteer you will be trained to assist in the Ops and Comm's centre to cope with natural disasters including storm, floods and land searches.
