RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. Monthly BBQ Co-coordinator needed to take charge of the Bunnings BBQ’s as a volunteer coordinator. Box of all the items needed can be supplied. The fundraising is to help run All4hoovesWA Equine Rescue Sanctuary Inc. They would like to book in an event/BBQ once a month and it runs from our local Albany Bunnings Store on Chesterpass Road. They do have a list of volunteers that could potentially get to come onboard, but if you knew anyone that would like to help you that would be great too.

This dynamic team install wildlife and possum boxes for our Wildlife Carers. The boxes in which we release our wildlife / possums are made of 19mm pine to provide the best insulation during our hotter summers but are therefore 6.5kg plus wildlife weight (up to 2kg). Ladders and harnesses are used to ensure safety for our installation team and training in best practice WH&S is also provided.

Fresh Start is a not-for-profit addiction and substance use disorder recovery program that is looking for reliable, efficient and easy-going people, that are available as soon as possible on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday from 3pm until 6pm, and enjoy cooking a variety of healthy home cooked meals, for our residents who are in the early stages of recovery and detoxification. The power of a home cooked meal is soul warming and can make our clients feel safe and comfortable.
