On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.

We are looking for a volunteer to assist with our swim/gym program on Thursdays. The Bridge is always looking for volunteers that are willing to support people living with disabilities and disadvantaged backgrounds to enjoy a range of recreational and sporting activities. We have a wide range of activities that our participants can engage in and each activity is in need of volunteers to assist our staff and support workers.

Do you love gardening? Do you want to get out in the sunshine (weather debatable in Melbourne) and spend some time working with your hands? We need gardeners/landscapers or just people who enjoy being out in the garden that are willing to come and volunteer their time and enthusiasm with our participants.
