As a volunteer, you will be making a real difference by: • Spending time with participants engaged in shared interest activities • Providing companionship and support • Reducing the social isolation and loneliness experienced by some older people.
We have a male client in Ormond who loves to chat about ideas, books, music and national and international affairs. Our Client is well read and loves listening to music, and he would love to spend an hour a fortnight with a volunteer with whom he can chat over a coffee or go for a gentle walk.
