Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. The Monsignor Hawes Heritage Centre (MHHC) is a state-of-the-art interpretive centre, within the grounds of St Francis Xavier's Cathedral, that tells the story of architect-priest Monsignor John Cyril Hawes. The Monsignor Hawes Museum Attendant will engage with visitors to help them appreciate the wonderful story of Monsignor John Cyril Hawes and to take the opportunity to visit the many places he built in the Midwest and Gascoyne region of WA.

Volunteers are needed to help out at the Historic Albany Goal (not the real one!). Training will be provided - locking and unlocking the goal etc. Currently looking for people to do an array of shifts, you will need to be flexible to fill the days and roles as needed. If you like to meet new people and love history this could be a great opportunity for you.

Come and join our team of great volunteers. We are housed in a beautiful old church with fascinating displays of local history and temporary exhibitions about all sorts of things. Our volunteers help with research, collection management, administration and meeting and greeting the visitors.
