It may be reading, playing music, talking or remaining silent as they hold your hand. You will need to be a kind, compassionate, resilient and a patient person. Choose your hours to volunteer over a 24/7 period for 3 hour shifts.

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.
