Our Men’s Shed is a hub of camaraderie and craftsmanship, where woodworking and renovation projects take shape alongside plenty of good-natured banter.

Chair exercise group volunteers bring the energy of a fitness workout but guide people with gentle movements, as participants are sitting comfortably in a chair. Perhaps you have a background in fitness, dance, yoga, physio or Pilates and you'd like to lead a small group. You'll be helping older residents in care to maintain their mobility as well as their healthy wellbeing - and have fun!
