This role is assisting with general administrative tasks, answering phone calls, enquiries, welcoming visitors, and supporting the community centre activities as needed.

Advocare is a leader in upholding the rights of older people and addressing abuse and mistreatment of older people. We are also the independent custodians of the Seniors Peak Body in Western Australia. We are seeking applications for a Board Director from people with an interest in empowering older people and promoting their rights.

Chung Wah Community Care (CC) is a group under the Chung Wah Association. CC’s goal is to provide care for the seniors, people living with disabilities, and their carers, particularly those from the non-English speaking backgrounds, in Perth metropolitan area.

Do you love meeting new people and enjoy getting out and about? We welcome drivers to assist clients getting to medical appointments or assisted shopping. Vehicles and training are provided.

Volunteer Visitors required to visit a person living in Aged Care. Feeling that we have good social connections is vital for our health, especially as we age. It can be a great comfort to have a person to talk to who is there just for you.

• Qualified and compassionate hairdresser supporting patients' well-being
• Providing end-of-life care with autonomy and good listening skills
• Volunteer role with orientation, social events, and rewarding experience

• Provide companionship to socially isolated older individuals
• Engage in one-on-one visits in Aged Care facilities or homes
• Training provided; commitment of 1 visit per fortnight

• Engage in regular visits to aged care facilities or homes
• Training provided; commitment of at least 1 hour fortnightly

• Volunteer to provide companionship and social support to seniors
• Minimum commitment of 20 visits per year with required training
