Southern Districts Baseball Club exists with the aim of promoting & furthering the game of baseball in the south of Adelaide...and they need your assistance! Would you like to assist with the upkeep of the baseball diamond? What about performing general handyman work around the premises? The Social group meets Monday and Thursday mornings. Would you like to volunteer within the Bar and/or Canteen at Southern Districts Baseball Club? Duties for both these roles will include preparation, re-stocking and serving. With weekends being the biggest requirement and welcoming anytime from 1 hour to 6 hours, this may be the ideal volunteer role for you. We are seeking friendly motivated volunteers with good people skills to take on some bar duties. Bar work is required on evenings from Thursday to Saturday. We occasionally have midweek functions where assistance with the bar is also required.

Social Media & Marketing - This role is behind the scenes, promoting our club and events on the Internet. A knowledge of social media is desirable. Web Development - The role involves updating our user friendly TeamApp website.
The coach is to supervise and assist athletes while on their lanes completing their training sessions. Our athletes need clear, compassionate and positive communication in order to understand coaching instruction. The role involves providing technical skill development to support athletes in achieving their goals.
The coach is to supervise up to 10 athletes at a time poolside, however, may have to participate in the water as well. Our athletes need high communication in order to understand coaching instruction
Soccer Coach needed! The role of a Coach is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for an aspiring athlete. To encourage, support and educate children on all aspects of the game including but not limited to skills, sportsmanship, emotional wellbeing, and fairness. Special Olympics Melbourne Inner East (MIE) is seeking one or two enthusiastic volunteers to organise, administrate and oversee our Bocce Program. The Bocce Coordinator(s) will work under the direction of the Club Sports Coordinator and State Bocce Manager. Special Olympics is a not-for-profit organisation with the primary goal of helping those with an intellectual disability to participate in sport to enhance their physical and mental wellbeing, sense of purpose and community connections.
