Visiting them at least once per fortnight you might play cards or games, go out for a drive or coffee, listen to music, enjoy a chat or reminisce about old times, or share interest

Swan Estuary Reserves Action Group, SERAG, is a local group of volunteers who enjoy hands-on caring and restoring health to the A-Class foreshore and bush reserves adjacent to the Swan River Estuary Marine Park on Melville’s river front in Attadale, Alfred Cove and Tompkins Park. Volunteers will weed and/or plant for two hours of a morning, then share a cuppa and cake together (provided) whilst enjoying the beautiful location that they are helping to restore and maintain.
We are looking for a person with high level communication skills and outgoing personality over a microphone to be the ‘Game Day Announcer’ at First Division men’s and women’s hockey games held at our turf facility at Morris Buzzacott Reserve.
Mainly music is a Christian based music program for families with pre- school children including babies. We provide a time and place where young children and their carers find delight in shared experiences through music and play, are accepted for who they are, and grow educationally. The Autumn Centre runs the “Have-a-Chat” café which provides members with fresh food daily and hot or cold drinks that our members enjoy while socializing with others in the Foyer or Alfresco area. The Alfresco area is a peaceful place to relax in the shade surrounded by green plants and beautifully hand decorated pots.
City of Melville are seeking several friendly people to drive groups on outings for either one or both vehicles on a regular or occasional basis. We can offer flexibility if that is what you are looking for or a regular opportunity to be a volunteer driver.
