The Merri-bek TAC L2P Program assists young learner drivers (aged between 16-21) who have no access to a supervising driver or vehicle, to gain the driving experience required to apply for a probationary licence. Volunteer mentors support young people to gain supervised driving experience in an L2P car - no cost to young people or volunteers. Volunteers undertake comprehensive VicRoads training.
