Spend time with an elderly Lady who would like a Greek speaking social visitor at our residential aged care home at Darlinghurst. We are looking for a caring individual who can sit and have a chat, reminisce, and talk about topics of interest. Ideally you will be a fluent Greek speaker.

This volunteer opportunity will help maintain our directory of 1,000 support groups in Queensland. Palliative Care patients often find need of social support as their disease progresses. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to visit palliative care patients in their homes to offer social support. Typically, this will be once per week for between 1-4 hours depending on the needs of the patient.
