The Friends of Bennett Brook are working to restore Bennett Brook as a healthy ecosystem for fauna, linking Whiteman Park to the Swan River. Let's join hands in doing some dryland/wetland planting, weeding and rubbish collection.

    Friends of Point Peron is a small group of caring local volunteers who are helping Parks and Wildlife staff look after Cape Peron following the dumping of the Mangles Bay Marina on planning, not environmental, grounds. We grow seedlings from local native seed, plant them and tend them and deal with weeds. We'd love to have your help as often as you are free.

Tasks will include daily cleans, collation of data (taking pictures of marine debris & reporting back on data via email or social media), disposal of materials in accordance with Local Council rubbish/recycling guidelines and provide community education in sustainable practices.
