    Do you have basic sewing machine skills? Can you thread a machine, fill a bobbin and change stitch length? Use a series of step-by-step samples and/or pattern sheets to make large and small Wildlife Pouches. If you can knit and/or crochet, we make Possum Palaces and bird nests for wildlife carers. Some volunteers take home materials and make the products at home, allowing us to provide a flexible volunteer experience.

Our retail area is open to the public for plant sales. More indigenous plants in gardens and larger revegetation projects provide habitat for native animals, birds and insects, and reduce species loss. We rely on volunteers but lockdowns hit us hard. Please help us get back to the thriving nursery from before the pandemic!
