Mock interviews is an opportunity for Primary and Secondary school students to connect with working adult volunteers, helping students to practice and build interview techniques which are crucial to securing employment. There are many events throughout the year across our partner schools.
Can you help to heat up meals, serve meals or do dishes? Chat with guests and share a meal with them. Our guests are isolated or financially disadvantaged people who need some extra support with meals and being with community.
If you live in the local Hornsby LGA or nearby, we are seeking a volunteer mentor to assist learners over the age of 50 to become digital literate. Inspire learners one-on-one or in a small group to get online and develop digital skills. We are currently seeking volunteers to facilitate face-to-face sessions and/or online sessions (using Zoom or MS Teams).
