    The Emergency Relief Food Pantry rescues food and prepares food parcels for disadvantaged members of the local community. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the collection of food, and the packing and distribution of these food parcels on weekdays from 9am - 1pm. Help is also needed after those hours on some days to receive & unpack/store rescued food (e.g, 10am - 2pm, or 12pm - 4pm.) Some moderate to heavy lifting will be required, and drivers will need a clean driver's licence.

    The HUB Wonderful Women's Group for women from all cultural backgrounds runs every Thursday during school terms from 11am - 1.00pm. The women create, sew, chat, exercise and have fun. We also provide a light and healthy lunch each week - often the highlight of the group and enjoyed by all attendees, who love to sit down and connect with other local women over a shared meal. We are seeking additional volunteer cooks to commit to assisting with the preparation of this meal 1-2 times a month.
