    The principal roles of the Secretary are to take and keep rigorous meeting minutes at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the quarterly Management Committee meetings which are to be sent out to all members one week following the meeting date. The Secretary is also responsible for preparing and circulating meeting papers at least one week prior to the Management Committee meetings. The Secretary will also work to support and liaise with the Management Committee President on a regular basis.
