Australian Multicultural Community Services supports and empowers older people to live their best lives in their own home, and we need your help! We are looking for caring individuals to share their most valuable asset – your time!
Agestrong is a group strength and balance program for older people that no longer feel confident to access mainstream classes. It is a supportive program run by trained leaders and supported by health professionals. The role of an Agestrong Volunteer is to assist the exercise leader to run a safe and supportive exercise program, create a welcoming atmosphere by being a friendly face and helping clients feel more supported in the group environment.
