Join us at Autumn Place Community Hub Playgroup. We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers who love working with kids and want to create a nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.
Community Support Worker works alongside our paid staff supporting programs, children and families who attend our Early Learning Programs including our School Readiness Program for children 3-5yrs, Bindi Kindi for children 2-3yrs, and our Playgroup so if you love working with young children and have a passion for encouraging supportive family and community well being we encourage you to apply.
Wednesdays 4:30pm to 7:30pm. Spectrum Space runs a social group for kids on the spectrum aged 10 to 18 years. The group runs every Wednesday from 4:30pm. This would be a great opportunity for psychology/social work/community service students to gain experience working with children with autism. Activities include craft, movies, cooking, excursions.

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic volunteers to assist at our toy library during our Saturday morning sessions. Duties include checking and cleaning returned toys and counting pieces if needed, organising shelves and displays, labelling new toys and setting up and packing away before and after sessions. The Role involves welcoming members and volunteers attending the toy library, assisting members with questions, providing guidance in finding suitable toys and assisting with new members.
Do you enjoy chatting with parents and young children? We are looking for a friendly and helpful person, with excellent interpersonal skills to assist with the opening and closing of the Toy Library within the main Kwinana Library. Various shifts available. If you are reliable, have the ability to work within Library guidelines, and have a current Working With Children Check and a National Police clearance, this role is for you.
This position/s will be for our Monday morning music group and Wednesday morning playgroup. If you have a vibrant nature, love children, music and can cope with noise this volunteer position could be just the role you've been looking for!
