A great opportunity to help a great cause and get some exercise. A level of fitness is essential as you can be required to stand and walk for up to 1 hour in lessons. Facilitation of a weekly in-person peer support group for separated dads. This support is provided by the 'Dads in Distress' program of national suicide prevention charity, 'Parents Beyond Breakup'. Each group established is estimated to prevent 5-8 suicides in their local community each year. Thats around 7-16 kids that get to keep their dads around locally, every year.

Sailability has a variety of roles available for Volunteers. This organisation provides assistance to people with disabilities to participate in a sailing program.
