Enjoy working in the kitchen? Our aged care facility at Tallebudgera, has an opportunity for volunteers to assist with kitchen activities and light food preparation to support the people we serve.

As a Community Visitor, you can brighten an older person’s life while finding joy and purpose yourself. Through regular visits, you’ll share stories, laughter and companionship, helping someone feel valued and connected. We’ll match you based on location and interests, with visits at home or in aged care, creating genuine friendships that make a lasting difference.

• Required to have COVID-19 vaccination and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance

• Build friendships with socially isolated older people in aged care
• No previous experience required; must commit to regular visits
• Flexible visiting times available, full training and ongoing support

• Provide companionship to elderly residents in aged care homes
• Volunteer once a fortnight for a year, flexible visiting times
• Requirements: over 18, flu vaccination, COVID vaccinations, compassionate

• Visit socially isolated elderly German-speaking gentleman in aged care
• Volunteer requirements: 18+, criminal history check, 2026 flu vaccination
• Commit to visiting once a fortnight for twelve months
